Peel area police have charged a male youth with multiple sexual assaults and indecent behavior reported in the Brampton area.
In a press release issued Sunday, investigators said they received several complaints between December 2024 and March 2025 about “a man allegedly exposed himself and sexually assaulting a woman around the Financial Drive in Steeles Avenue and Brampton.”
According to police, the suspect also fled the area using a motorized scooter after committing the crime.
On April 3, officials found the suspect in Sid Manser Park near Credit View Road, while he was committing another indecent act.
“Further investigation shows that he is also responsible for previous reports,” police said.
The young man was charged with three counts of sexual assault and three counts of public conduct.
He was held a bail hearing and could not be determined under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Investigators believe there may be more victims and encourage anyone with information to contact the police.
