Judge Bromwich declared that the Court “has no jurisdiction to order the investigation of crimes by the Federal Police of Australia, which orders the governments of the Commonwealth or State or territory to penalize the violence of coercive control or make a statement that is contrary to human rights in general that they do not penalize such conduct.”
