Windsor police seek help from the public over the weekend to identify suspects related to vehicle and credit card theft.
At around 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, March 9, police responded to reports of stolen vehicles in the 2100 block of Huron Church Road.
Police said a male suspect allegedly entered the victim’s vehicle through an unlocked door and found a spare key in the victim’s wallet before driving away. The victim’s credit card was then used to purchase items at a gas station near Huron Church Road and Tecumseh Road West.
The suspect was described as a black male, about five feet 10 inches tall and slim.
He wore a grey and black plaid jacket, a camouflage hooded sweatshirt, black pants and black Nike shoes for the last time.
The stolen vehicle has not been found in the 2017 white GMC terrain, and the Ontario license plate CVKM987 has not been found.
