The Windsor Police Department has arrested a 33-year-old man for a second breach of his bail terms in six weeks.
Last November, the defendant was granted bail by Hamilton Court on charges of assault with a weapon, possession of property under $5,000 and two counts of failure to comply with a release order.
He was arrested in Windsor for electronic surveillance and was banned from driving for his revocation of his driver status.

The 33-year-old defendant was arrested on January 27 for violating bail conditions, according to police. He was released under the same conditions.
On February 27, officers conducted another investigation on February 27 after learning that the man had once again violated his bail conditions.
On March 4, bail compliance officers, as well as the assistance of the OPP-led Repeated Crime and Parole Enforcement (Root) Squad, found and arrested the 33-year-old in the 5500 block of Dr. Clarence.
He was accused of failing to comply with his release order and driving when he was suspended. His guarantor, a 31-year-old woman, was charged with one count of promoting a violation of a release order.
Bail Compliance Personnel is a partnership between the Criminal Administration, the Windsor Police Department and the La Salle Police Department to oversee high-risk individuals who have been arrested, curfews or electronically monitored.
The Ontario government grants were supported as part of its strategy to strengthen the Ontario bail system.
