Keanu Reeves is ready to repeat his role as Nunchuck’s salary murderer in John Wick 5.
Lionsgate announced the movement in Cinemacon, and the franchise is also expanding with an animated prequel film and an independent feature focused on Donnie Yen’s character, Caine.
The projects complement the dancer, starring Ana de Armas, which will be launched on June 6.
Ana, 35, attended the Annual Convention of Film Owners in Las Vegas, where she introduced an extended clip of ‘Ballerina’.
The images presented to their character, Eve Macarro, a dancer training to become a murderer, involved in a sequence of fighting in an abandoned bar, in which he shoots an adversary and breaks one dish against another.
She said in the Colosseum stage at the Caesars Palace on paper: “For ‘Bond’, I only had three weeks of training.
“‘Ballerina was a completely different level. This is, with much, the most physical and challenging thing I have done.”
Keanu, 59, will appear in Ballerina before returning to lead John Wick 5.
The film gathers it with director Chad Sthelski and producers Basilio Iwanyk and Erica Lee.
The more details about the cast line of the cast and the production remain secret.
The franchise began with John Wick of 2014, who raised $ 86.1 million ($ A137.1 million) worldwide and won a follow -up through entertainment at home.
The subsequent tickets have exceeded the previous box office earnings, with John Wick of 2023: Chapter 4 that reaches $ 440 million ($ A701 million) worldwide.
The project follows the events of ‘John Wick: Chapter 4’, with Caine released from its obligations with the high table.
