Parts of the UK will be warmer than Istanbul next week, with a highlight of 18c to a light start of the week.
The Met Office predicts that the temperature will reach Wednesday and will be far above the average temperature for March, which is on average about 9.2c, according to the forecaster data.
Meteorologist Stephen Dixon said: “Over the coming days, high pressure will remain reasonably in control of the UK and keep things done reasonably.
“As we go next week, the high pressure is starting to move to the continent and it allows us to pull in a little warmer air from the nearest continent, especially as we move in on Wednesday and Thursday.”
The temperature will rise consistently over the week, with a peak on Wednesday, when London and the South East can expect highlights from 17 to 18c, while it is further north in Scotland, it will feel warmer than usual, with the temperature that will remain above 10.
The cities of Manchester, Sheffield and Liverpool will all experience warm temperatures of between 13 and 15c.
It is predicted that the sky will remain only a hint of cloud in the west of the country on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Istanbul will see a major temperature change after the scorching 25c heat this weekend, as the city will fall in single digits from Tuesday with cloudy weather.
While the UK will enjoy warm weather on Wednesday, Istanbul will experience a cooler climate and gray clouds of 6c.
Saturday:
Many places dry, with clear proverbs and light winds. Clearly air to southern parts of the UK where frost is likely to develop. Mist and fog stains are also possible under prolonged clear proverbs.
Sunday:
A bright start, with a few clouds developing throughout the day. A few light showers are possible, mainly in the northeast. Feeling pleasant in the sunny sayings.
Monday to Wednesday:
Cloudy for many Monday, with rainfalls focused on the south and west. Tuesday and Wednesday dry and sunny. Overnight ripen and fog continues. Get hotter by Wednesday.
