On Saturday, March 22, 6-9pm at the Ohio Union [Performance Hall]1739 N. High St., The Osu Unchained fashion parade will tell the story of a winner of trafficking in people through three stages: innocence (stars), violence (moon) and restoration (sun).
The story is told with clothing, music, facts and poetic narration. We associate with students and community members to carry out the program with students as models and volunteers. The objective of the fashion parade is to increase the awareness of human trafficking both at the local and global level. We hope to train models, volunteers and assistants with the education, training and tools necessary to identify and inform the crime and join the abolitionist movement. Through this, attendees will learn what human trafficking is (consciousness), what are the red flags and the factors that lead to trafficking (responsibility) and what can be done to avoid trafficking and help the victors (action).

The admission to the event is through a suggested donation: $ 10 for OSU students and $ 15 for not students. We are raising money for the Scholarship Scholarship Fund for the SUCTAR, which helps women who are superior to human trafficking to seek higher education. All donations and the sale of raffle tickets will be allocated to this scholarship fund. All I can give is appreciated.
