We now learn that Prime Minister Smith is asking the Trump administration to stop tariffs during the federal election to assist Pierre Poilievre. She went on to say that Poilievre is best in sync with Trump’s goals. This was in an interview with Breitbart News on March 8.
These stupid statements are implicit demands of foreign governments interfering in our elections. These comments are correct given her approach to Trump. Does the UCP government agree? Will she step up the news when she flew to Florida with Alt-Right Podcast Bros on March 27?

If so, she will spend Alberta taxes to spread this outstanding plan. Alberta will decide whether she and her government are loyal to Canada.

Remember Smith’s comments on the polls
Sunday’s story about Smith’s latest inflammatory comment is worth remembering when we take the polls. In her words, do we want a government “very synced with the new direction of America?” if you forget to turn to dictatorship. This is also true if you forget what she was trying to do in Alberta.

Hope voters recall Sohi’s record
Not surprisingly, Amarjeet Sohi was in the right place at the right time – again. With the change of election boundaries, he can now be beaten on his old factory ride in 2019 and can now travel southeast of Edmonton. I’m sure if the stars remain consistent, there would be another sweet cabinet minister sending a lonely liberal in Edmonton.
I hope the voters not only remember his horrible mayor for our city, but also see backdoor liberal strategies trying to sneak this single-handed pony back into the federal government.

Alberta should be a team player
The Smith administration changed Act 45, which would deny federal workers entering Alberta oil and gas facilities, while the message is a effort to limit UCP’s government’s view of federal restrictions on provincial jurisdiction. This is part of their ideology, and Alberta should have the right to oil autonomy on the ground where we live.
But if we take Smith’s own logic of oil autonomy seriously, I should be a wealthy oil bachelorette (but I’m not). My family owned the property I grew up with had drilled countless wells, and we had little or no ability to refuse. In Alberta, we can only get surface right-wing payments, just part of the profits earned from extracted oil.
With most of the province’s profits, this aims to ensure a fair distribution of wealth. If those of us who own oil land can share the benefits of the rest of Alberta, then maybe Alberta should overcome itself and become a team player in the Canadian interests.
