The Trump administration has sent hundreds of Venezuelans – alleged members of the Tren de Aragu gang – in Salvador, raising questions whether deportations violate the order of the federal judge, which temporarily blocks their removal of the administration calling the Law on Foreign Enemies.
During the hearing on Saturday night, US district judge James Boasberg in Washington, Colombia, took advantage of the removal of all the Venezuelans already in the US arrest and covered by the AEA proclaimation until the use of the law administration is overcome.
In the oral decision of Boasberg, it was the order to turn to all planes bearing people covered by the order that were in the air. During the hearing, the plaintiffs represented by ACLU and democracy forward told the court that they realized that there were at least two flights in the air aimed at Honduras and El Salvador.

A bouquet said that the migrants arrived from the United States would be transferred to the terrorism detention center for a “one year period”.
