Somehow, a match week ending up with Chelsea selling a football team to themselves ends with an even bigger level of farce.
Ange Postecoglou suffered defeats of a much more humiliating scale than this mere loss of 1-0 at Stamford Bridge, but his decision that was badly advised to combat his ear after an unlawful goal only made it worse.
It is difficult not to think that it will serve as a prescription for the end of the Australian in this work. He certainly can’t hear that the fans support him anymore.
