Three more teens charged with murder over Melbourne shopping centre death


Three teenagers have been accused of murder and robbery by armed hand after the alleged death of a man in Melbourne’s Southeast earlier this month.

Timothy Leek was found with serious knife wounds at the Marriott Waters shopping center in Lyndhurst on March 14 after an alleged altercation with a group of men around 8.30 pm

The 24 -year -old was urgently taken to the hospital, where he died.

Two 18 -year -old men from Seaford and Cranbourne North were arrested early this morning at a hotel Hill.

A 17 -year -old boy from the Southeast suburbs was arrested in the Dandenong area.

The three teenagers were interrogated by the police and accused of murder and robbery by armed hand.

The charges are related to the alleged stabbing of leeks, as well as a theft of convenience stores in Boronia earlier in the day.

Police believe that Leek was known for his attackers.

The two men arrested today had to appear before the Melbourne Magistrates Court.

The 17 -year -old will appear in a children’s court at a later date.
