The Masters 2025 is in progress

The first group is on the track and it is the twins of Davis Riley and Patton Kizzire.

The American pair completed the first hole, and although Riley makes a constant equal place, Kizzire gets an early taste of Augusta’s dangers. He licks his tea shot right, has to go back from the pine straw to the Fairway disc and make Bogey. First of many Bogeys at the Masters of this year.

Breakout PGA Tour Star reveals the key to placing with the masters

“The thing with Augusta is because the slopes are so big and so many funnel, so many shots end up in the same places,” Michael Kim said at X after a practice round with Dustin Johnson and Phil Mickelson.

“That’s why you hear the saying you don’t read Putts, you remember wells at Augusta. You have very similar wells to pins year after year if you play it enough.

‘Phil had a lot of notes for many of the wells in his garden book. This one is slow; This one breaks over here, but then breaks again in this way. I tried to write down everyone on my book. DJ was also very nice to give information too. ‘

Masters reveals attitude about LIV players after Open is introduced

The Masters have no plans to create an exemption for LIV golfers, according to Fred Ridley, chairman of the tournament.

The US Open and Open Championship announced in February that the leading player, who was not already released, would earn a place in the field in Oakmont and Royal Portrush on the Saudi Funds Portrush respectively.

However, in his annual press conference before the tournament at Augusta National, Ridley indicated that the Masters would continue to rely on his status as an invitation opportunity.

“Since it is related to the USGA and the R&A, they certainly act independently,” Ridley said. “We respect their decisions.

“We are an invitation tournament. We have historically considered special cases for invitations for international players, which is how Joaquin Niemann has been invited over the past few years.

“We feel that we can deal with the problem, whether it is a LIV player or a player on another tour that will otherwise not be eligible for an invitation, that we can handle it with a special invitation.”

Masters Golf Coach has accompanied Augusta track for the surprise of a surprise golden rule

A Masters golf coach endured a problematic start to the tournament after being accompanied by Augusta for breaking a surprising golden rule.

Arizona State University coach Matt Thurmond is at the Masters of this year with the upcoming Spanish amateur star Josele Ballester, but he left a red face after a fashion error forced him to separate his player during a workout at the last moment before the Major.

In the midst of all the excitement in Georgia, Thurmond makes the fierce guidelines of Augusta slip his memory and showing up to the track with shorts – a sin of seismic relationship.

Even on practice days, shorts are strictly prohibited at Augusta, something Thurmond apparently forgot, with his eyes focused exclusively on preparations before the Major.

Scottie Scheffler feels fully prepared for masters

Bad news for the opponents of Scottie Scheffler this week. The dominant world no. 1 says he feels fully prepared for a tournament for the first time this season.

Scheffler missed the beginning of the season due to surgery on a frat hand injury during the preparation of Christmas dinner, but is now completely fit and ends up in the Houston a few weeks ago.

“I would say that I feel very prepared for this golf tournament,” says Scheffler. “These are definitely the most preparations I felt all year round.

“I talked a lot about my preparation and acted on the tea at Pebble [Beach] I felt that I wasn’t exactly where I was when I ended the year just because I took off so much time.

“This year, an injury was definitely a different feeling than I had over the past few years. But in terms of preparedness, it’s definitely just as prepared as I felt in any event this year, and I’m excited to get the tournament going. ‘

Rory McIlroy’s four-year-old daughter Sink Monster Putt during the three-three competition

The four-year-old daughter of Rory McIlroy showed her father how to rejoice by rejoicing in the Augusta-National crowd with a monster Putt on the eve of the Masters.

The Northern Riary, which should win the Masters to complete the Grand Slam career, helped Poppy sink a long bird on the last hole.

“Yes, very cool,” McIlroy said when asked about the moment. “It’s just a good afternoon. Being with Shane (Lowry) and Tommy (Fleetwood) and their families there, we are all very, very close to each other, so having the kids out there and having fun is the most important thing.

‘This is a very pleasant way to terminate the preparation in what is the serious part of the week. So it’s nice to get out of here and do it. ‘
