A suspect appeared in court after a vehicle with fireworks was allegedly set on fire.
Police Scotland Connor Steele, 29, charged, with a number of offenses, including intentional fireraising, in the middle of the night in a Western Dunbartonshire street.
A number of houses were evacuated and roads closed after the vehicle was burning and exploding fireworks on Sunday in Braes Avenue, Clydebank.
Yvonne O’Neill, secretary of Clydebank East Community Council, said at the time: “I’ve never seen something like that – kids screaming in pure.”
There were no reports on any injuries, with the evacuations and the closure of the road as a precaution, while fire staff set out the flames.
