Emergency services are responding to a single vehicle accident at the intersection of Rosemont Road and Consols Street.
Police said they were called to the scene in Waihi around 8:20 pm on Sunday.
The road is closed, with deviations in force. Police are advising drivers to avoid the area if possible.
