As the Democrats are trying to bounce off the undercutting of the 2024 election, the California Democratic Reb
After watching the Democrats exchanging the candidates and fighting for the transmission of a cohesive message to the voters in the last campaign cycle, Hannah told ABC News in an exclusive interview that he believes that the political reform program focused on the fight against corruption, “is what we have to be held in 2026” And he mourns the political costs that came when Democrats campaigns for other priorities in 2024.
“It was a mistake,” Hannah said, adding that he “had not heard any political reform program” by President Joe Biden or Vice President Kamala Harris during their respective presidential campaigns. “Trump became an outsider. It was a mistake we didn’t run on the topic of reform. Extract money and lobbyists from politics – this should be our mantle.”
Hannah is now introducing the law on the drainage of the marsh, which will constantly ban White House employees from accepting gifts from lobbyists-to restore a mandate from the Biden era, which establishes ethics and lobbying rules for the administration appointed.
“Anti -corruption should be the main one for the restoration of the democratic brand,” Hannah said, serving in her fifth term. “Democrats should be regarded as possessing the mantle of reform.”

Hannah said it found that it was astounding that one of President Donald Trump’s first acts of her second term was to sign a executive order to cancel Biden’s order – creating a impetus to create an agenda that seeks Washington’s rotating door between lobbyists and lawmakers.
“This is part of the broader sense that Democrats should run for anti-corruption,” Hannah said, complaining that the Democratic Party allowed Trump to “co-like” the topic of “draining the swamp” of anti-corruption. Hannah said it cost his party not only two presidential elections in 2016 and 2024, but also the control of the majority of Congress.
“We have to be jealous,” said Hannah, explaining her vision for a five-pole program to combat corruption.
Hannah wants to ban the former congress members of lobbying Congress, and he wants to impose 12-year fixed limits on members and 18-year limits of the Supreme Court judges. Hannah says she believes that judges withdrawn must return to serve lower courts after leaving a position in the Supreme Court. Hannah also advocates for a “binding ethics code” for the Supreme Court judges against the background of the pressure of ethics on the court.

“If Democrats want to recover, start with antipolitical corruption,” Hannah stressed, adding that he has received a positive reception from a number of people like billionaire Mark Kuban and even Republican voters who support his promise to “drain the swamp.”
Hannah also calls for a ban on congressional members and their families from holding and trading individual shares during the term of office, as well as a ban on congressional members and candidates who are running for home or Senate places to contribute to political action committees.
As for his own future political interest – whether re -election, the mansion of the California governor or even the White House in 2028 – Hanna holds his cards close, but his capabilities are open.
“Ra believes that anti -corruption and economic patriotism should be the driving topics of the Democratic Party for 2026 and 2028, no matter who went into the brawl or leads the party,” Sarah Droori, a spokesman for Khanna, told the ABC when asked about the political prospects of the congress.
Nevertheless, Hannah’s profile continues to grow as she confronts voters and weighs her future opportunities-somewhat even before the Republican audience on Fox News or in GOP countries.
After Trump handed a joint address last week to the congress, Hanna continued “Fox News Sunday” and admitted that it was not a good appearance, as Democrats protested not only for the president but also rejected the invited guests in the first lady’s box.

“We had to defend the boy with cancer. You are asserting the President of the United States, respecting the US people,” Hannah said on the program. “I want to say you stand for the firefighter’s widow.”
“The story was supposed to be President Trump,” Hannah continued. “We had to talk about the abbreviations of Medicaid. Instead, we’re talking about our own behavior. And it’s a distraction from getting out of our economic message.”
Hannah will also hold three meetings of the City Hall during the Billionaire benefits tour on March 23 in the GoP-HOP regions, where his program for combating corruption will take the stage with his progressive conscientious.
“It’s smart to have a clear message,” Hannah told ABC News. “We are the party that will save Medicare, Medicaid and social security.”
