Prince Harry ‘number one risk’ to his own charity, says chair who accused him of bullying and harassment | UK News

A woman who says she was bullied and harassed by Prince Harry called him the ‘number one risk’ for the charity they put together and accused him of informing it in an attempt to force it to fail.

In an extensive interview with Sky News’ Trevor PhillipsChairman of Centebale Dr Sophie Chandauka claims:

• Sentebale lost sponsors and donors when the Sussexes left the UK – but she may not discuss the problem
• Harry tried to “shoot” her from the organization
• She was asked for a statement in support of Meghan to a Polo fundraising – which she refused to give
• The prince will appoint management members without consulting her

Sentebale was erected by the Prince in 2006 in memory of his mother, Princess Diana, to help young people with HIV in Lesotho and Botswana.

Dr. Chandauka has already accused the prince of it “harassment and bullying on scale ” By “unleashing” the Sussex PR machine on issues at the charity – an assertion that is denied a source as “completely unfounded”

In a full interview for Sunday morning with Trevor Phillipsshe was asked if the Duke of Sussex is the ‘number one risk’ for the charity, and replies ‘yes’.

Dr. Chandauka said when she asked why the charity was not spoken in the loss of sponsors, she said: ‘It is an uncomfortable conversation to have a Prince Harry in the room. ‘

Dr Chandauka gave an example of the prince’s behavior during council meetings.

“And everyone is shocked and quiet, but that’s what happens when the prince is in the room and no one has the courage to talk.”

Dr Chandauka also discussed Prince Harry’s filming of a Netflix show, which she said led to the charity lost the venue for an opportunity they held.

According to her, the Duke called her team and said he wanted to bring a Netflix crew to a Polo event.

She said the venue owners were originally “happy for us to use their Polo site at a real discount”.

But due to the request, the price rose as it became a commercial business.

According to Dr Chandauka, the charity was forced to pull out of the venue as it could not afford the fee, but was “lucky enough” to find another by Prince Harry’s connections.

‘It is devastating that the relationship between the trustees of the charity and the chair of the board created outside the restoration of an untenable situation.

“These trustees acted in the best interests of the charity by asking the chairman to retire while keeping the well -being of the staff in mind. In turn, she sued the charity to stay in this voluntary position and further underline the broken relationship.”
