Releasing a violent criminal with a history of hurting strangers and people he knows prompted Edmonton police to warn the public.
Nooradin Farah, 36, was released on Monday and police “had reasonable reason to believe he will commit another violent crime against someone in the community,” officials said in a press release on Monday.
Police said Farah will reside in Edmonton, subject to court orders and will be managed by the EPS behavioral assessment department.
