Billboard Chris, the Canadian man who protests throughout the western world against the abuse of children by transgender activists, has been fined $ 806 under the petty, authoritarian, called statutes of the Brisbane City Council for the peaceful position in the Mall de Brisbane with a sign of the Sandwich Board on his shoulders.
Apparently, this act of peaceful protest caused some type of “complaint” to the council that sent one of its statutes officers to read a notice accusing Billboard Chris (Elston) of “obstructing or unjustly disturbing any person legally using the mall.”
Elston was clearly obstructing anyone. The only person who clogged was the council officer, who was obstructing a person who was going to a peaceful protest in a public place.
The Queensland police, in addition to two cycle patrol agents, sent two other police officers to enforce the council accusations. The police were left with the shameful work of issuing an order of move to Elston, who chose the arrest for obeying a spurious accusation of a bureaucrat.
We wonder how the mayor of Brisbane LNP, Adrian Schrinner, will respond to this incident. Since the Liberals of the Council have previously supported the readings of the Transvestite Library, it would not be surprising to see their support for this attack on freedom of expression.
Elston is in Australia for a legal challenge of freedom of expression that has been described as a “evidence of fire” for international protection of the right to freedom of expression against government censorship. Brisbane City Council only showed that it is part of the authoritarian trend.
Elston will visit Sydney and Canberra before trial in Melbourne at the end of March. He hopes to have time to go to the streets in both cities and appear in public speaking events.
Elston’s case dates back to February 28, 2024, when Elston appealed to “X” to share an article by Daily Mail entitled “Perverted secrets of a translated trans expert”, referring to Teddy Cook, an Australian woman who took her breasts and now identifies as a man.
Cook open and shameless about bestiality and says that trans identified people have better sex when they have illicit drugs, and wants child sexual changes funded by the government.
The article, and the Tweet that accompanies, criticized the appointment of Cook to a “panel of experts” of the World Health Organization that will advise on the global transgender policy, and the Australians wonder where all the transgender propaganda comes from.
Cook complained about the publication to Australia Afrie Commissioner, who requested that “X” eliminate the content. The owner of X, the defender of freedom of expression, Elon Musk initially refused, but after a subsequent formal elimination order of the commissioner, then geo-locked the content in Australia.
Since then, X has also presented an appeal against the order in the Administrative Review Court in Melbourne.
Elston, with the support of ADF (advocates the defense of freedom) International and the Australian Human Rights Alliance, and together with the “X” of Elon Musk, is appealing the violation of its right to peacefully share its convictions.
