Manchester United supporters performed a protest march against the Glazers following the Derby draw on Sunday at Old Trafford.
The 1958 Fang Group organized the largest anti-ownership last month since Sir Jim Ratcliffe became co-owner before the Premier League match against Arsenal.
They and Breakaway Club FC United held a joint protest against the Glazers during the match of last weekend against Stockton Town in Broadhurst Park, with the call for change at Old Trafford after Sunday’s 0-0 draw with Manchester City.
The 1958 arranged a seat to a league game against Nottingham Forest in August 2023 and several thousand fans called their call to stay after the final whistle on Sunday.
‘We want glans to echo the ground long after the final whistle, which provides an inescapable background to the Pitchside analysis that radiates all over the world.
The debt that United has been up to the takeover of the Glazers in 2005 was subject to many of the singing of Defiant fans, who held in the Stretford banners.
Steve Crompton, spokesperson for the 1958, said before the demonstration: ‘We protest by 20 years of Glazer greed and mismanagement of our football club.
‘We are fighting to protect the fan culture, which our owners pass with each season, trying to dilute and remove the generation match fan.
“Sunday we protest by staying full time on our seat.”
It was United’s first home game since the price increases of the season ticket, including big hikes for some senior supporters.
“Football is a big business, but fans must be the life blood of all clubs,” Crompton added.
‘We are not clients who can spend the importance of who can spend the most. Our votes are important. Our community is important. Our club is important. Stadium atmosphere and passion also matters. ‘
