One of Sean ‘Diddy’ combs’ has eliminated the names of Jay-Z and Beyoncé from his presentation against the imprisoned rapper.
The new version of the lawsuit, presented in Florida, occurs only a few weeks after the plaintiff Joseph Manzaro, 39, originally claimed that he was drugged, kidnapped and taken to a so -called Miami Miami party.
He said that the event was a 17th birthday party for the musician’s son, King combs and in his initial complaint, Joseph appointed celebrities, including Jay-Z, 54, and Beyoncé, 42, as the guests present at the party, states that his legal representatives and teams denied quickly.
Joseph has now eliminated all references to the two music stars of the updated complaint, according to a amended presentation reported by TMZ.
The original demand painted a disturbing image of the events that Josep alleges that it took place at the combs party.
He said he lost consciousness after touching a “greasy substance that resembles the petroleum jelly” while opening the door of his house.
Joseph also said that he was kidnapped and carried through a secret tunnel to the property of Miami de combs, a tunnel supposedly connected to a house owned by Gloria and Emilio Estefan.
Once there, Joseph said he was taken by several rooms where he was mocked and mocked before being attacked.

Jay-Z’s lawyer said he was “committed to public activities easy to find” elsewhere at that time.
The combs legal team has dismissed the claims in the presentation, saying: “No sensible person who reads this complaint could accredit this story. Mr. combs hopes to have his day in court where these lies, and the perverse motifs of those who told them, will be revealed.”
Currently, combs is waiting for the trial for separated federal positions of extortion, sex trafficking and transport of people for prostitution and has declared himself innocent of all charges.
