Nokia claims Amazon uses its technology in streaming services and devices without authorization. The lawsuit was filed in the United States, Germany, India, the United Kingdom and Europe. In February, Nokia won the injunction in the Düsseldorf court and earlier won the U.S. International Trade Commission.

During the dispute, Amazon accused Nokia of trying to block products rather than providing fair licenses, violating rules designed to ensure open competition and misusing patents required for its standards. Amazon confirmed the agreement on Monday.
