Russia is taking time to take action against the peace talks with Ukraine, Foreign Minister Marco Rubio warned on Friday.
After two days of meetings with NATO ministers in Brussels, Rubio said the US had enough to have “talks about talk”, and urged the Russians to stop delaying the negotiations. He also indicated that the Russians could face further US sanctions.
“We will soon know enough, within a few weeks, not months, or Russia is serious about peace or not,” Rubio told reporters, according to reporters The New York Times.
