A crime scene was established when the Campsie Police and the homicide squad detectives launched their investigation.
A 24 -year -old man was taken to the Concord Hospital for evaluation, but released without charge.
Then, around 11.30 in the morning, the police arrested a 21 -year -old man at Bankstown police station and accused him of murder.
It is due today in the Bankstown Local Court.
