Toronto police are looking for a man accused of harassing a random victim and damaging his property.
According to investigators, between Saturday, April 22, 2025 and March 22 (Saturday to Saturday, March 22, 2025), there were several occasions when the suspect lurked near the victim’s homes near Bathurst Street and West St. Clair Avenue.
Police said the suspect remained near the victim’s residence and in some cases caused property damage.
They say the victim and the suspect do not know each other.
Police issued a press release on Sunday identifying the suspect as Joanasie Mingeriak, 34. He was wanted on four charges, including hangout/hang around by watching and harassing and harassing another person’s property, mischief and probation violations.
Mingeriak is described as over five feet, thin body, long straight hair, brown eyes, and no facial hair. He wore a dark jacket, dark pants, dark bow and brown architectural boots for the last time.
Authorities advise: “If a suspect is observed, please do not approach the police.”
