So my friend’s kid lives in Ottawa and can find a house worth less than a million without having to pay for GST. But do children who live in Mississauga and who can’t find a million dollar home have to pay higher housing and GST fees? Mark Carney, you are a person number. Consider expanding it to all first-time home buyers, regardless of price, even the sports field.
