Butler Lake, Florida – Jay North, who starred in the lead prankster on TV Dennis threat He has passed away in four seasons since 1959. He is 73 years old.

North died Sunday at home in Lake Butla, Florida, longtime friend Laurie Jacobson said.

Jacobson wrote in a Facebook tribute: “His heart is as big as a mountain and he loves his friends deeply. He often calls us and ends every conversation with ‘I love you with all my heart’.’

North was 6 years old when he was hit in a CBS sitcom adaptation of Hank Ketcham’s popular comic book in the idyllic American suburbs.

Dennis’ mischievous antics often wear striped shirts and work clothes, often frustrating his retired next door neighbor George Wilson, played by Joseph Kearns. Dennis’s patient parents are played by Herbert Anderson and Gloria Henry.
