Elton John and Jack Black got each other in a live promotional cut for this weekend’s episode of Saturday Night Live.
The legendary British musician (78) and comedian and actor Black, 55, looked tense when they introduced themselves with American singer-songwriter Brandi Carlile and SNL player Heidi Gardner.
“I’m Jack Black, and I am offering SNL this week with musical guests Brandi Carlile and Elton … Elton John.”
The irritable “rocket man” singer then answered ‘Hi Black’, apparently the School of rock star.
