Influencer responds to parodies of his viral morning routine in new video



The fitness influence Ashton Hall, who became viral for his unconventional and incredibly detailed morning routine vlogs, responded smartly to the madness of parodies and memes that caused his videos.

Over the years, Hall, a former college running back, has built up a strong social media by putting inspirational tracks from him on tiktok, Instagram and YouTube.

However, he has been viral more recently after sharing videos of his unique morning ritual, which often includes him plunging his head into a bowl of ice-cold Saratoga-Lentewater and rubbing a banana peel on his face.

Hall’s practices have led to a variety of reactions online, from mockery to copies and parodies.

Now, in a new video, the Florida-based “gym fluencer” has made it clear that it is well aware of the jokes.

Heading: ‘The morning routine. Easy routes do not pay well, get up, ‘maybe it seems to Hall’s Monday video another vlog. Upon further inspection, however, it is clear that he recorded several references to some of the better memes that caused his viral video.

Again, he shows his Saratoga Spring Water Face Dunk and his banana peel face massage – the two elements from his original video that caused the internet to ignite. At one point, a bottle of his beloved water, leaving glass over his outdoor space – and his assistant to clean up the mess.

Then, halfway through the video, is seen practicing outside. After completing some dynamic warm -ups and sprints, he jumps into the air with the time stamp reading at 07:36 hours before moving to 07:40 hours as he lands. It is a nod to various reactions of people to his viral video showing how he dives into a pool.

At the end of the video, Hall addressed the online chatter more directly. As he sits at the table and eats breakfast, he can be seen that he is shared by posts over him, shared by dragons, the shadow room and the popular YouTuber Mrbeast.

Hall’s video, which has since received more than 33 million views on Instagram and Tiktok, has left viewers, with many people finding the humor in his messages.

“There is literally nothing funnier than that,” one person said on his tapping.

“The comedy genre developed,” added a second with a third letter: “Buds dragging the meme from 7:36 to 7:40.”

Hall even re -placed an Instagram story of MRBEAST with a screenshot of unread texts from his ‘personal assistant’ requesting him to copy many of the actions seen in Hall’s vlog. “I accidentally slept and missed my morning routine,” wrote MRBEAST with a broken heart -emoji. Hall replied in the Herpos: ‘We all miss, don’t miss Jimmy twice in a row. Get up! ‘
