A special episode of the beloved child animation Bluish Will end up on CBEBIES and BBC iPlayer in time for Good Friday (April 18).
The 28-minute episode called “The Sign” Bluey’s longest to date-originally broadcast on Disney+ last year, but will now be available in the British house, CBEEBIES.
From April 7, CBEBIES will make another 13 episodes from Series three available on BBC iPlayer, including ‘Ghostmasket’ and ‘Surprise’.
In “The Sign” Bluey is unhappy if the whole family is for sale – but she is comforted if her teacher Calypso tells her a proverb of a farmer who trusts everything, it will look like it is meant.
The next day, the whole house is preparing for her aunt Frisky’s wedding, but if it is revealed that Uncle Rad plans a west of the West after the wedding, frisky runs away. The episode follows Bluey and the Hoter family navigates life-changing moments.
The world premiere of “The Sign” got impressive reviews at the time, with The guardian And said it was “packed with magic” and the BBC culture that it calls “truly transcendental viewing”. The episode also won a Kidscreen Award in 2025 for the best one-time, special or TV film in preschool programming.
It was announced in December that the Walt Disney Co. and BBC Studios will make a film based on the hit Australian animation series, which will arrive in theaters in 2027. The film is written and directed by series creator Joe Brumm, with a voice performance by the series’ ordinary, including Melanie Zanetti and David McCormack.
The award -winning children’s series follows a seven -year -old Anthropomorphic Australian Blue Heer Puppy, Bluey, goes on adventures with her mother, father and younger sister, Bingo.
