A man died in the hospital after being seriously injured, next to a dead man in Hamilton.
Emergency services were called for Beatty Street, Melville, around 4:30 am on Saturday.
Upon arrival, the police found that a 26 -year -old man was dead at the scene.
A second man was found in a critical condition and transported to the hospital. He died on Wednesday.
Police arrested and accused a 41 -year -old man of 26 -year -old murder on Sunday, however, other accusations are being considered.
The 41 -year -old man was arrested in custody and must reappear at the Hamilton Supreme Court on April 1.

The police investigation is underway and the police ask anyone with information about CCTV filming to contact us.
