A declaring 36,000 people protested on Saturday in Los Angeles in Los Angeles, on the biggest rally to date of Vermontsenator Bernie Sanders and the New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s ‘Fighting Oligarchy’ tour
In fiery remarks, the New Yorker filed the president and accused him of ‘manipulating’ the markets for his billionaire friends this week with his ‘tariff fluctuation’, in which Trump made a dramatic U-turn on the implementation of his trade war against US commercial partners and allies.
Sanders remarked on stage in Gloria Molina Grand Park in the center of Los Angeles that the crowd had returned half a kilometer before saying that Musk said that most people attending these rallies paid the organizers. He asked the crowd, ‘Anyone here is paid today to come?’
The question is with a sounding: “No!”

Sanders said Trump was often “very envious of sizes”, claiming that only two or three thousand people arrived for his rallies and that Bernie, who speaks in the third person, cannot compete with Trump.
“He lied,” said the senator. “I invite him to come to LA, tell the people here why you think it is a good idea to cut Medicaid and nutrition and health care so you can give tax cuts to billionaires.”
Sanders continued and said, “Our good friend Elon Musk sent out a tweet and essentially, he said, you know, Bernie Sanders talked year after year about the growth of oligarchy.”
“Well, Elon, you’re damningly right. That’s what I talked about. The difference is that I no longer talk about how we go to oligarchy. I’m talking about how we live in an oligarchical form of society today. ‘
He added: “Let me tell you something about the oligarchs. They are very, very religious people. But their religion is not based on others they would do. Their religion is based on greed and more greed.”

Ocasio-Cortez calls the present moment ‘scary’, and says, ‘We look at our neighbors, students and friends fired, targeted and disappeared.’
After deciding that activists are being held without any charge of their first amendment rights – the cases of Mahmoud Khalil and Rumeysa Ozturk – the New York Progressive Democrat, are emphasized by the elected representatives in Congress before specifically turning to the market’s turmoil and Trump’s rates.
‘Let’s be clear: The White House tariff fluctuation had nothing to do with the manufacture, despite what they claimed. It was about manipulating the markets. It was about the hurt of pensioners and the everyday people in the sale-sodat Trump could enrich his friends, whom he “named”, whom he “bought the dip” before turning it over, “Ocasio-Cortez said.
‘Donald Trump is a criminal – convicted of 34 crimes of fraud. He lies, and he also manipulates the stock market. At his best, he enriches himself, the billionaires who support him, and the members of the congress dealing with him. Not you. Not me. Not the people. ‘
“Oligarchy or democracy,” she said. “But we can’t have both.”
Senator Sanders concluded his remarks and said, “If Trump looks at this crowd … pay attention to these things, do Elon Musk. You make hell out of them. Because they know what we know: it’s the 1 percent and we’re the 99 percent.”
Sanders and Ocasio-Cortez joined the representatives of co-democratic representatives Ro Khanna, Jimmy Gomez, Pramila Jayapal and Maxwell Frost, among others elected officials. There were also performances by Neil Young, Maggie Rogers and Joan Baez.
