Microsoft’s email service, Outlook, seemed to be affected by a global interruption on Sunday.
According to Downetector, a website that monitors Internet interruptions, almost 75,000 people worldwide reported being unable to access Outlook.
There were also almost 1000 Microsoft 365 interruption reports.
In an X post – previously known as Twitter – Microsoft said it was investigating a problem in which users may not be able to access Outlook’s resources and services.
“We are reviewing available telemetry and client records provided to understand the impact.
“We confirm that this problem is affecting various services from Microsoft 365.”
