Canada’s GFL Environmental (NYSE:GFL) has announced the pricing of an offering of around 18.88M subordinate voting shares by certain selling stockholders.
The shares are being sold at a public offering price of US$47.65 each by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, GFL Borrower
