Police released an image of CCTV from a car seen in Miramar in the early hours of the morning, when Abdul Nabizadah, 63, was found with serious head injuries and then died.
They continued to investigate the murder and an aggravated robbery in Miramar on March 17 and were appealing to the public to get information about the car and the clothes found near the house that were robbed.
Nabizadah was found at the cross of Camperdown RD and Totara RD at 2:20 am, about twenty minutes after a theft at Darlington RD, where the occupants found an intruder inside their home.
Detective Nick Pritchard inspector said he is still trying to establish if the two incidents were linked.
A 28 -year -old man was arrested and accused of aggravated theft about the theft.

“We wish to talk to the driver of a gray or silver model of Mazda Athenza / Mazda 6, 2006, who was seen driving by Darlington RD / Camperdown RD Intersection several times between 23h50 Sunday, March 16 and 2:17 of Monday, March 17,” said Pritchard.
He said he hoped the car driver could help police with his investigation.
“If it was you or if you recognize this vehicle and you know who the driver is, contact the police,” he said.
Pritchard said he is also interested in any information about a white baseball hat with a red swastika on the front and a pair of H&H female size 8 gumboots, left in the scene of Darlington RD theft.
“We believe that both items were left by the thief, and although a person has already been accused about theft, we continue to look for any information about clothing items,” he said.
Meanwhile, the police kept appealing for information about a man seen walking down the Totara ST CamperDown RD who turned to the right to Darlington RD at 12:28 pm.
Police said the man was wearing a light -colored blouse and dark pants.
Police said they thanked the community who helped identify a man who runs at Darlington RD on March 17.
