An ‘extensive search’ is underway to find an 11-year-old girl after falling into the Thames River in East London.
Metropolitan police said it was called around 13.15 hours on Monday that the girl entered the river near Barge House Causeway, near London City Airport.
All emergency services form a ‘large -scale response’ to the incident.
The girl’s next of kin were made aware and supported by officers.
