The first three rounds of the draft are scheduled for Friday, with the final 12 rounds set to take place on Saturday, and are named as the twelve players of the event by the OHL’s Central Reconnaissance Agency.

“I think it’s a good year for local kids,” said Frank Evola, director of scout and hockey operations at Windsor Spitfires. “You put Sun County and Windsor (small teams) in the OHL Cup and reached the quarterfinals in the league’s top five.”

Below, Evola offers ideas for the regional prospects for this year’s draft picks. It also includes a game, goals, assists, points and free throw statistics.

Although 12 local players were rated as a two-day draft, all smaller dwarf players are eligible to choose in the draft.
