Dame Esther Rantzen no longer responds to a new cancer medication, her daughter revealed.
The veteran announcer and champion, who has terminal lung cancer, openly expressed her support for the assisted dying account and shared her own views on dying in Dignitas because he was illegally in the UK.
When he was asked by 5 News on Thursday (March 27) about a new medication that was supposed to improve her condition, Dame Esther’s daughter Rebecca Wilcox said: “I really wish it was true, but I don’t think that’s the case.”
