Donald Trump formally signed off the controversial Chagos Islands agreement of Keir Starmer, no 10 said.
The agreement is now “finalized” between the United Kingdom and Mauritius.
Sir Keir had previously come under lap about his plans To Chagos -Islands after Mauritius.
Critics warn the agreement, which reportedly could cost as much as £ 18bn, unnecessarily rent a strategically important air base that the UK already owned.
