Sydney, April 13 (Xinhua) – Australian researchers say that the best way to reduce the excess abdominal fat in children is through a mixture of healthy eating and regular physical activity.

The combination of the diet and exercise was significantly more effective in reducing central obesity than any of the approaches alone, according to a study published on Saturday, which analyzed data from 34 clinical trials that involve more than 8,100 5 -year -old children.
