Diddy faces expanded sex trafficking indictment

Sean “Diddy” combs has been beaten with an extended federal accusation, accusing the hip-hop tycoon with five criminal positions that include extortion and sex trafficking.

Comink, 55, previously declared innocent of an earlier accusation of three positions.

The new accusation includes additional positions of sex trafficking and transport to participate in prostitution, and could submit the combs more time in prison if it is convicted.

The combs trial remains scheduled for May 5 in the Federal Court of Manhattan.

In a judicial presentation, prosecutors asked the American district judge Arun Subramanian to process the Peines about the new accusation on April 25.

The lawyers for combs did not immediately respond to comments requests.

The prosecutors said that combs used their commercial empire to sexually abuse women between 2004 and 2024.

The alleged abuse included that women participate in registered sexual actions called “Freak offs” with male sexual workers, which were sometimes transported through state lines.

The combs legal team has strongly denied that he has done something wrong.

Marc Agnifilo, one of Comong’s lawyers, said Com Coms never forced anyone to participate in sexual acts against their will and that strangers were consensual sexual activities.

Combs has been imprisoned in Brooklyn since September.

He also faces dozens of civil demands of women and men who accused him of sexual abuse.

The previous accusation accused the combs of a single transport charge to participate in prostitution with three alleged victims.

That could have led jurors to acquit in that count if they doubted combs’s guilt about any of those victims.

Combs now faces separate transport positions to participate in prostitution with two women, called victims-1 and victim-2.

The new accusation refers to a third woman, victim-3, as a victim of the alleged conspiracy of combs extortion.

Also known during his career as Puff Daddy and P Diddy, combs founded Bad Boy Records and is attributed to help the rappers and singers of R&B as Mary J Blige, Faith Evans, notorious great and accompanied by the stars in the 90s and 2000s.

But prosecutors have said that their success concealed a dark side, citing incidents, even in March 2016, when combs was captured in a surveillance video kicking, dragging and throwing a vase to a woman who tried to leave a hotel in Los Angeles.

Last year, CNN broadcast a surveillance video that shows surprising combs and dragging their ex -girlfriend Casandra Ventura, a R&B singer known as Cassie.

Comink apologized after the transmission.

Agnifilo has said that the video was not evidence of sexual trafficking, and that combs and Ventura had “a toxic and loving relationship of 11 years.”
