Delays in traffic, buses interrupted when the hunting police

Cordons was raised in the New Lynn suburb in Auckland, while police are looking for four people in the area.

At the beginning of Monday, the armed police closed the Binsted Road Rat Street until Great North Road, police said.

Cordons was in place and the road was closed as part of the investigations to locate four criminals who fled the police.

Auckland Transport at the time said the deviations were affecting all traffic, including bus services.

In an update on Thursday night, police said Cordons were removed, but employees were still looking for the group.

They ask those who witness suspicious behavior in the area to call the police immediately.
