Katrina Armstrong will withdraw “Institute Immediately” as a temporary president of the University of Colombia, the school announced on Friday.

Armstrong was declared a temporary President of New York University in August 2024 after then President President President Schaffik announced his immediate resignation.

“DR Armstrong has accepted the role of a temporary president in a moment of great uncertainty for the university and works tirelessly to promote the interests of our community,” said David J. Greenwald, President of the Board of Trustees.

The school said Armstrong would return to lead the medical center of the University of Irring and that the board of trustees Claire Shipman was appointed president.
