WBRU’s advice invites requests to the position of coach of the Copthorne Wairarapa Bush Heartland team to 2025.
This is an opportunity to improve the development and success of Rugby Wairarapa Bush, in a province focused on improving our local players.
Wirarapa Bush has a passionate and talented pool of players and coaches. Heartland coach will need to identify and develop programs for our players, work closely with our club coaches to ensure individual players’ performance and Heartland’s collective team performs at the highest level consistently.
Our main attributes that a successful candidate will need to demonstrate are;
- A strong history of senior rugby training with a personal passion for continuing to develop,
- A proven history in the creation of a winning culture,
- An affinity with the region and its people,
- An understanding of what is necessary to compete at the national level.
