But the 16 -year -old was delayed and hit by a car unable to stop while driving through the intersection with green light.

It was thrown at the air, reaching a stop 40 meters along the way.

“We listen to a very strong blow, an explosion,” said a Kirrawee resident.

“Unusual Sound, so we left and take a look and this poor man was extended along the way.”

His friends ran to the help of the 16 -year -old, but had suffered a trauma in the important head and internal wounds and was urgently taken to the St George hospital in a critical condition.

The paramedics treated the 20-year-old P-Plato driver by surprise.

While investigations are the current police, he says that there is nothing at this stage that suggests that the driver was doing something wrong.

She returned a negative drug and alcohol test on the road.

Simpson raised concerns about the safety of pedestrian crossing.

“A six -lane road and the lights do not go so that the pedestrian passes all the way, they stop, you have to stop in the middle and there is a delay between, so people risk and go, so it is really dangerous,” he said.
