Trump’s White House border Tom Homan stood in the administration’s decision to oppose court order to “facilitate” the return to the United States of Kilmer Abrego Garcia, a national of Salvadoran, the Department of NEWE said that he was misled to a prison with his homeland.
Homan talks with co-author “this week” Jonathan Carl in an interview that will broadcast this Sunday on the case and repeat the Trump administration that Abrego Garcia is a member of MS-13 and a violent threat to the public.
“We have eliminated a threat to public safety, a threat to national security, a member of the United States Violence Gang,” he said.
The lawyers and members of the Abrego Garcia family have denied that he is a member of the MS-13, and the band’s allegations are challenged in court.

However, much of the evidence cited by President Donald Trump and his allies, as the clothing for which they claim, symbolize the gang membership, have not been brought up in court, as the current administration has begun to judge this case.
The Supreme Court unanimously ordered the administration to “facilitate” the return of Abrego Garcia to the United States for a process. As of Friday, the administration has not been respected.

Asked Karl about the order, Homan claims that the Trump administration has no right or ability to return abbro Garcia to the United States and claims that Abgo Garcia is under the rule of the government of El Salvador.
“I understand that it” facilitates “, but he is also in custody – he is a citizen and a citizen of El Salvador. El Salvador will surely have to cooperate with it,” Homan said.
“But again, I’m out of the cycle on this. I’m not a lawyer. I’m not a dispute [that] I think we did the right one here, “he said.
Homan also joined Trump and other Republicans in his criticism of Senator Chris Van Holen, D-Md., Traveling to El Salvador this week and met with Abrego Garcia.
“You know what bothers me more than this is an American senator who traveled to Salvador at a penny of taxpayers to meet a member of the MS-13 gang member, [a] A threat to public safety, a terrorist, “Homan said, not providing evidence that Van Holen is using taxpayers’ money for the trip.
When ABC News addressed Van Holen’s office to comment on how the trip was funded, his office replied: “The senator travels in his official bilateral approval capacity to track the case of an integral part and to supervise US foreign support programs.”
Abrego Garcia has never been convicted of a crime in the United States, and his wife Jennifer Vasquez told ABC News on Wednesday that her husband “had never been convicted of anything.”

Homan accused the senator of not taking the time to meet with victims of members of the MS-13 gang in his country and inaction under the Biden administration to deal with borderline problems.
“What bothers me is that Van Holen has never gone to the border in the last four years under Joe Biden. … What shocked me is that he was silent on the travity that happened at the southern border. Many people were killed, thousands were killed,” he said.
Upon his return to the United States, Van Holen told reporters that his journey was more than the case of Abango Garcia.
“This case is not just for one person as important,” said Van Holen. “It is about protecting the fundamental freedoms and the basic principle in the constitution for a proper process that protects everyone who resides in America.”
