Border czar Tom Homan argues US justified in removing ‘public safety threat’ Abrego Garcia to El Salvador

Abrego Garcia has never been convicted of a crime in the United States, and his wife Jennifer Vasquez told ABC News on Wednesday that her husband “had never been convicted of anything.”

Homan accused the senator of not taking the time to meet with victims of members of the MS-13 gang in his country and inaction under the Biden administration to deal with borderline problems.

“What bothers me is that Van Holen has never gone to the border in the last four years under Joe Biden. … What shocked me is that he was silent on the travity that happened at the southern border. Many people were killed, thousands were killed,” he said.

Upon his return to the United States, Van Holen told reporters that his journey was more than the case of Abango Garcia.

“This case is not just for one person as important,” said Van Holen. “It is about protecting the fundamental freedoms and the basic principle in the constitution for a proper process that protects everyone who resides in America.”
