After investigation, the BC Procuratorate filed three criminal charges against 57-year-old Tobin Haas and one motor vehicle act: assaulting a police officer with a weapon, causing personal injury in a dangerous vehicle, resisting or obstructing an officer and driving a revoked driver’s license.
