Ant and Dec declared Newcastle’s Carabao Cup victory over Liverpool as the ‘best day of our lives’ during wild celebration scenes.
The Geordie duo, who is lifelong Newcastle supporters, was on Wembley on Sunday (March 16) to see how their club beat Liverpool 2-1 and ended a 70-year-old waiting for a piece of big silverware.
The TV presenters shared a video on their Instagram account in celebration of the team’s win.
Both shout “we did it,” and then declare, “This is the best day of our lives, apart from our wedding and children.”
