In 2027, Andrew Tate sentenced a civil hearing on the allegations that he subjected four women to physical or sexual abuse in the first case of his kind, a court heard.
Judge Richard Armstrong said at a trial of the Central London High Court on Tuesday that the plaintiffs sought “damages that are likely to reach six digits”.
Two of the women were in an intimate relationship with the controversial influencerwhile the other two worked for his online web camera business at the time of the allegations between 2013 and 2015.
One claims that the former professional kickbox, 38, grabbed her by the throat, assaulted her with a belt and shown a gun On her face as he said, “You’re going to do as I say, or there will be hell to pay”.
The court heard that a hearing of the claims could be held in early 2027 and could last three weeks.
Tate denies the allegations, with his advocates saying in his written defense that the claims are false and that all sexual activities were consensual.
His lawyer, Vanessa Marshall KC, who did not have to do the trial, and did not attend the hearing, said Tate intends to give evidence in his defense during the hearing and will call about 11 witnesses.
Female lawyer Anne Studd KC said it would be “the first opportunity” forced control was brought before the Supreme Court to decide whether it amounts to an intentional application of damage under English law.
In written submissions, she described coercive control as “a form of care and manipulation where the victim is less and less capable of responding to what can be considered a normal way”.
Three of the four women, who made allegations, including rape and sexual assault, were the subject of an investigation by Hertfordshire Constabulary, which was closed in 2019.
Tate previously described the allegations as “unproven and untested”, with the court that there is a “total denial of any offense”.

In a statement, his spokesman previously said: “He denies that he has ever threatened someone with a firearm, is doing non-consensual acts or subjecting any individual to physical or psychological damage.
“These are civil claims, brought years after the alleged events and to a CPS decision not to pursue a criminal complaint. It is deep worrying that such graphic and one-sided accounts are disclosed before any judicial assessment has taken place.”
The statement added: “Mr. Tate will defend himself powerfully and confident that the truth will prevail.”
Tate and his brother Tristan, 36, who have joint British and US citizenship, are investigated in a criminal case in Romania on the allegations of the formation of an organized criminal group, human trafficking, human trafficking, sexual intercourse with a minor and money laundering, all they deny.
The couple flew to the US in February after Romanian prosecutors lifted a travel ban and then returned to Romania last month to fulfill legal obligations before traveling to Dubai.
The brothers are delivered before the United Kingdom about the allegations of rape and trafficking at the end of the proceedings.
