Andrew Tate was accused by his ex -girlfriend of sexual assault and batteries who feared she would “possibly die”.

Model Brianna Stern has a lawsuit in Los Angelesin which she set out the alleged physical and emotional abuse.

Ms Stern, who was in a relationship with Tate for ten months, also sought a restriction order against him.

In her first interview since she filed the lawsuit, Ms Stern said she had received online threats after she came forward over her Tate experience.

“I’m afraid of him,” Ms Stern said. “No one has really pronounced against him before.”

The lawsuit, filed in the Superior Court of Los Angeles, accuses the 38-year-old of sexual assault, battery and intentional administration of emotional distress.

Tate’s US lawyer, Joseph McBride, said the allegations were ‘unfounded and sensational’.

He added that he would “continue all available legal roads against those who continue these unfounded demands”.

Mr. McBride accused Ms Stern of using Tate for “personal gain, notoriety and financial benefit”.

“We urge the public and the media to refrain from premature statements until all facts are established,” he added.

Tate and his brother, Tristan left the US Romania This week, where they have been since the end of February.

The couple was arrested in Romania at the end of 2022 on charges of human trafficking and the formation of a criminal gang to utilize women – allegations that deny the brothers.
