Andrew Tate accused of pointing gun at woman’s face

LONDON (AP) – Four prosecutors of influential women and self-deception misogynist Andrew Tate, who whipped her with a belt, used to wear a gun and put a gun on her face, according to court documents filed in London.

The allegations were filed last year but emerged a few days before the first hearing in the High Court next week. Tate, 38, will not exist because he and his younger brother Tristan Tate face charges for trafficking in Romania and form a criminal gang to sexually exploit women.

The woman who accused the Tate gun on her face said the former professional Taekwondo player told her: “You’ll say, or pay.” It’s unclear whether the gun is real or a copy. She also said that if she didn’t get up and worked for his webcam business, Tate whipped her with a belt.

Two women involved in the civil lawsuit work in their webcam business, two of whom are ex-girlfriends. Their identities are not yet consistent with legal practices in England. These incidents allegedly occurred between 2013 and 2015.

A Tate spokesman, who has accumulated millions of followers online, many of whom were attracted by the luxurious lifestyle he planned, said the allegations outlined in the document were “unproven, untested” and “absolutely denied.”

“Specifically, he denies threatening anyone with a gun, engaging in involuntary behavior or causing any person to suffer physical or psychological harm,” his attorney responded.

The Crown Prosecution Service in the UK has decided not to prosecute the 2019 sexual assault allegations. The three accusers in the current lawsuit are the subject of police investigations and prosecutors choose not to pursue them.

The U.S. and British citizens, dual citizens, were arrested in Romania at the end of 2022 and formally prosecuted last year, accusing them of participating in a crime ring that tempted women to Romania where they were allegedly tempted to sexually exploit. Andrew Tate is also charged with rape. They deny all allegations against them.
